The ATP is specially designed for worldwide analog interfaces for its high compatibility with international telephony environments. With passive and trunking interface capacities, it features programmable voltage thresholds, loop polarity reversal and multiple event triggers, and can easily be configured to accommodate to diverse analog networks worldwide. For its modular structure, it can be customized to fit into 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16 ports from small to large offices or call center. To deliver unique flexibility and user-friendliness, Synway also offers USB recording box to customers.
USB/cPCI/PCI available, and cPCI/USB interface products support hot swap.
Up to 8 on-board modules (corresponding to 16 ports) can be configured freely for combined applications, such as trunking/recording, station/recording systemon a single board or box.
Adapt to environments where Tip and Ring are reversed.
With no conversation interruption, high impedance receivers record both sides of a call.
Data is stored in WINDOWS WAV format directly, and can be played out by the sound card with no format conversion.
A large selection of voice CODECS for developers, including G711 (A-law/ -law), Linear PCM, IMA-ADPCM, MP3, and VOX format supported.
Monitor all channels in real-time or playback audio files by on-board audio jack resources.
Voltage values and ring states are reported with standard SHCTI API events to simplify application development.
Easily control voltage detection event by configuring the analog board and USB box to the local analog environment.
Connected to phone line through RJ11 or USB connector without need for external wiring box, which facilitates connection and improve reliability.
Synway designs all kinds of analog boards (up to 120 ports) ideal for any analog environment, widely used small-scaled systems, call recording systems, call center monitoring, and microphone recording, etc.
A single protocol-independent API, which minimizes the processing overhead on the system CPU by executing protocols only on DSP and unifies application development across all Synway's product series, including USB series products.
With 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 port board/USB box, the ATP adapts to low to high density applications. The Synway's in-house unified API supports a total of 256 ports per system. In any analog environment, ATP can work well as tapping point between office and PBX, office and phones, PBX and phones and any other analog audio signals.
ATP supports passive call recording on groundstart and loopstart analog networks. Features such as programmable voltage thresholds, voltage detection, ring detection and polarity reversal are managed through Synway's in-house unified API, so the products can easily adapt or be quickly customized to variations in analog systems worldwide.
The built-in authorized code identification circuit is included to provide an exclusive authorization code for protecting users' software security.

Synway offers two types of recording modules for ATP series board, including high-impedance record module (MR) and microphone record module (MR+). A single module interfaces to an on-board socket and corresponds to two channels. For instance, SHT-16B-CT/PCI is designed with 8 on-boards sockets(corresponding to 16 ports), so customers can freely configure 8 modules on the board from the following module types.
MR is used for recording inbound and outbound calling and can carry out a series of work such as DTMF detection, tone detection, recording voice and signaling data (caller-ID, called-ID), etc. With MR on the board, a perfect recording solution can beimplemented.
MR+ is the module that connects to a microphone for recording voices and signaling through the microphone. Synway's MR+ enhances and expands the diversity and flexibility in recording solutions.
